~這是一個透過舞蹈體驗較深表達的機會~

新一波的非洲能量舞將整合身體的伸展, 遊戲品質般的能量工作, 透過輕盈的放開來~讓身心感到自由, 當然還有身體的表達和許多的舞蹈~

透過共同的探索, 我們邀請一個對身體, 情緒和心靈世界新的感知, 支持我們以一種創造性的方式發現生活中的平衡~

慶祝所有我們曾享受過的舞蹈,以一個輕鬆的,支持的心情,在這樣創

造性的環境氛圍裡,和朋友們分享我們的舞蹈~

The Second Wave:

A new wave of AfroEnergyDance events is beginning soon.....the second wave….

A chance to experience a deeper expression of dance.

The new wave will incorporate stretching, playful energy work, freeing the body-mind through light catharsis, dance expression and plenty of dancing…

Through our exploration we invite a new sense of our physical, emotional and spiritual worlds, supporting us weekly to find balance in our lives in a creative way.

Saturdays:

06/12/08 Breathing Shaman:

Dance your Shamanic self, using the breath to go deeper. Energizing our animal nature and connecting with our higher self, we connect the 6^th and 7^th Energy Centres with our Roots

20/12/08 Mother Earth:

Re-connecting with our Earth-Heart, with what gives us nourishment, exploring how we can experience the pleasures of our physical selves through dance.

03/01/09 Dance Celebration:

An event to celebrate all that we enjoy about dancing, a chance to share our dance with others, in an easy, supportive, creative environment.

How to get there:
A. MRT Muzha line to Muzha station and transfer by bus 251,252, BR7, Green1 to Gin-Wen high school
